Delivery

Except for different agreements, written orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer to the confirmation of the order by the courier or courier traditional depending on the size of the neck and of the place of destination. The order, barring unforeseen circumstances which will be promptly communicated to you, will be sent to a maximum of 25 working days from the date of receipt of the payment, and then delivered in a maximum of 3 days in Italy.

It is recommended that, upon arrival of the packages, to check that the packages are intact, and remember to write to the transporter that it accepts as delivered with "subject to inspection" so that if they arise, when it is removed the film that wraps around the pallet, of the problems on the boxes and/or on the goods, visually due to the carrier (e.g. the parcels are damaged, broken or dented) it is possible to ask any refund and/or replacement of parts that are broken or ruined.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the country of destination and weight/volume ratio of goods purchased.
